Worked for more than 20 years for consumer products companies in both corporate and operations roles, with 15 years of those years in manufacturing. Experience includes pharmaceuticals, paper and textile manufacturing, packaging, and finishing operations. Started in journalism in 1994. Holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
